chicken, whole wheat pasta, ff shreeded chedder, fat free milk, broccoli, tomatoes, bread crumbs, butter, shallot, whole wheat flour
preheat oven to 350
melt butter cook shallots, sprinkle flour stir constantly for 2 mins, stir in milk stir constantly for 4 mins, reduce to low add cheese cook 2 mins
meanwhile cook pasta according to directions.
combine all in a greased pan and top with bread crumbs(i use 2 slices whole wheat bread) bake 30 mins.
