Introduction

I just needed to find out the calorie total for a salad like this. I love to cut up my fruit and make a salad to have with plain yogurt. I just needed to find out the calorie total for a salad like this. I love to cut up my fruit and make a salad to have with plain yogurt.

Ingredients

    4 small apples, peel and chunk
    1 cup of halved strawberries
    2 cups of fresh pineapple chunks or canned
    1 cup of seedless grapes, you can leave whole or halve or quarter them.

Directions

Prepare the fruit by washing, paring and cutting up as you like. Mix in a glass bowl and keep covered in refrigerator. Nice to have a bowl of fruit ready when you want it.
