Introduction

Yummy cold pizza! You may top with any vegetables of your choosing which may change the nutritional info. Some suggestions...cucumber, broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, green pepper, etc. You can also add olives. I eat this as a main course, but could be served as an appetizer and have smaller portions. Ingredients

    jiffy pizza crust mix
    Fat free sour cream, 6 tbsp
    Kraft Miracle Whip Fat Free Dressing, 6 tbsp
    *Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese, 2 oz
    garlic salt, .75 tsp
    Dill weed, dried, .75 tsp
    *Onion powder, .75 tsp
    seasoned salt, .75 tsp
    *Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 cups chopped
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, diced
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, grated

Directions

Prepare pizza crust as directed and cool. Mix sour cream, cream cheese, miracle whip and seasonings. Spread over cooled crust. Top with vegetables and cheese
