Ingredients

    cr. of mushroom soup
    cr. of chicken soup
    onion
    bell pepper
    boneless skinless chicken thighs
    chili powder
    cumin
    tostitos scoops
    shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

brown onion and bell pepper. cut up and cook chicken in skillet, add to onion and bell pepper. Add rotel and cook for a few mins. Then add soups and seasonings. cook for about 5 mins. on med-low. in casserole dish layer chips, chicken, chips, chicken, chips and top with cheese. bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 mins. or until cheese is melted. 8servings
