Ingredients

3 cups Brown Rice Flour
3 Cups Tapioca Flour
2 Cups Soy Flour
1 Cup Corn Flour
Directions
Simply mix together items and mix together when you need a great gluten free flour for any recipe. It works great! This makes 9 cups of flour, hence the 9 servings. That way when I need to break it up, it's easy division. :)
