Introduction

With a little french bread on the side, this is a delicious, satisfying soup. With a little french bread on the side, this is a delicious, satisfying soup.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    3 medium potatoes, chopped
    2 cups chopped carrots
    1.5 cups chopped celery
    5 large shrimp, deveined, chunked
    3 cups water
    3 cups milk
    2-3 inch block velveeta cheese
    1 beef bouillion cube
    parsley to taste

Directions

Combine milk and water in saucepan. Bring to boil. Add potatoes, carrots, and shrimp. Once potatoes begin to soften, add celery and beef bouillion cube. After cube has disintegrated, add cheese. Once cheese is melted, add parsley to taste and serve.
