    1 large Pita bread (6 1/2 in. dia.)
    1/2 cup Iceberg Lettuce, shredded
    Tomato slices
    1/2 cup Cabbage, fresh, chopped
    Cucumber slices
    1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    1/2 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled (optional)
    1/4 Yogurt sauce (plain yogurt with garlic and herbs)

  • This is a really good and tasty recipe, but as the submitter pointed out, omitting the feta would reduce the calorie/fat content quite a bit. I'd say a tablespoon of feta would be enough. - 3/24/07
