Fried Rice

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 cups uncooked rice
    3 cups water
    3 eggs
    4 tbsp soy sauce
    1/2 pkg frozen peas and carrots
    Garlic Powder

Directions

Put rice in rice cooker, add water and cook
Place cooked rice in a sauce pan/skillet
Add peas/carrots and toss with rice
Add Garlic powder to taste
Add soy sauce
Mix all together in pan until everything is mixed well and peas and carrots are cooked

Serving size equals 1 cup
