Easy Shrimp Scampi

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/4 cup butter
    1 pound shrimp, peeled and deviened
    2 tsp olive oil
    4 cloves finely minced garlic
    1 tsp parsley flakes

Directions

1. Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add shrimp, Garlic Blend and parsley; cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
2. Serve over cooked rice or pasta, if desired.
Makes 4 servings
