Ingredients

    2C. BROCCOLI
    1C. SLICED CARROTS
    1/2 C. ONION CHOPPED
    1 STALK CELERY CHOPPED
    1/2 TBL. MINCED GARLIC
    2 C. WATER
    1 1/2 tsp. CHICKEN BASE
    1/2 C. 2% MILK
    1/2 tsp. ITALIAN SEASONING
    1/2 tsp SALT
    PEPPER TO TASTE

Directions

ADD ALL PREPARED VEGETABLES AND GARLIC TO A 2 QUART POT. ADD THE WATER TO JUST COVER THE VEGIES. 2-3 CUPS. BRING TO A BOIL THEN LOWER HEAT TO MEDIUM. COOK TILL ALL IS MASHABLE BY A POTATO MASHER. THIS WILL LEAVE SOME TEXTURE TO THE SOUP. ADD THE MILK, CHICKEN BASE AND SEASONINGS. LET THE SOUP SIMMMER FOR 10 MINUTES TO BRING OUT THE SPICES. ENJOY!
