Ingredients

Chicken breasts
Salt
Pepper
Canola Oil
1/4 cup cooking sherry
1/4 cup rice vinegar
2 T tarragon
1 T parsley flakes
2 tsp cornstarch
4 tsp water
Directions
Salt and pepper chicken breasts to taste and brown in canola oil. Add sherry, rice vinegar, and seasonings, cover, and saute for 30 minutes. Add cornstarch to water and pour into mixture. Bring to a boil until thickened. Serve with rice & vegetables.
