Perfect for those who can't eat the trail-mixes the stores sell because of peanut allergies, but want a good, healthy, low-fat snack full of fruit and chocolate. Perfect for those who can't eat the trail-mixes the stores sell because of peanut allergies, but want a good, healthy, low-fat snack full of fruit and chocolate.Number of Servings: 16
Ingredients

2.25oz (about 1/2 cup) Chopped Walnuts
2.25oz (about 1/2 cup) Chopped Pecans
1 7oz bag Dark Chocolate Yogurt Raisins
1 6oz bag Original Craisins
1 7oz bag Sun Maid Dried Mixed-Fruit
1.5oz Raisins (3 50cal boxes or 1 1.5oz large snack box)
1 small handful dried banana chips
Directions
Throw everything into a large bowl.
Toss together until well mixed.
Split into 1/4 cup servings in well sealed plastic bags or place everything into 1 large, sealable, container. (You want to make sure you have good seals, so the fruit and raisins don't get too dry.)
Additions mix-ins or replacements (not calculated):
Other Nuts (roasted almonds, peanuts, pistachios, macadamia, etc.)
chocolate covered raisins
Chocolate chips
dried tropical fruits
seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, etc)
Cheerios
Be fun and creative with this!
