Introduction

Lean turkey meatloaf chock full of veggies! Lean turkey meatloaf chock full of veggies!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 cup chopped carrots
    1 cup chopped celery
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 cup sliced mushrooms
    1/2 bag, spinach, raw
    2 large eggs (or you can do 3 egg whites (if using egg beaters it's 1/2 cup)
    Trader Joe's Ground Turkey Breast 99% fat free (16 oz.)
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. oregano

Directions

Mix it all together and bake at 350 for about an hour.
