Simple Potato Soup

Introduction

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    6 Large Potatoes peeled and diced
    2 medium onions
    1/2 a small container of half and half
    1/4 cup of butter
    salt (I use salt substitute)
    black pepper
    water

Directions

Peel and dice potatoes and onions. Place in a pot with just enough water to cover. Boil unitl potatoes are tender. Do not drain. Add butter, salt, pepper and half and half. Bring to a second boil. Reduce heat, boil until it reaches your consistancy. You can top with shredded cheese, crumbled bacon and green onions. Recipe does not add these to nutritional value.
