1/2 cup rasins
1/2 cup dried apricots
1/2 cup chopped dates
3/4 cup dried, fruit juice-sweetened cranberries
3/4 cup pecans
1 cup blanced almonds
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup orange juice, no pulp
1/2 cup date sugar
-combine dried fruit, nuts, and oats in food processor and pulse until coarse, about 1 minute.
-add juice and pulse again until mixture sticks together, about 15 seconds.
-Form little balls with the mixture, then roll in date sugar for a sweet coating.
