Ingredients

3 cups chpped cabbage
2 cups shredded carrots
2 tbsp margarine
Directions
Melt the margarine in a medium saucspan. Add the cabbage and carrots. Cover and cook until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. This make about 4 servings.

Thank you Jeany42. I don't usually use salt anymore so I forget to add it to recipes. My husband has always added more salt even when it's not needed, so I am trying to keep his salt intake down a bit.
