broccoli apple slaw

Ingredients

    12 ounce pkg Broccoli Cole Slaw
    1/4 cup Smart Balance Light mayo
    1/2 cup Greek Gods Kefir Cheese
    1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
    3 tbsp cider vinegar
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1 large apple, coarsely grated
    2 ounces raisins
    1 ounce unsalted pumpkin seeds

Directions

Mix all the ingredients except the broccoli, apples, raisins, and pumpkin seeds. Add those ingredients. Refrigerate for an hour to let flavors blend. Serves 6 - 8.
