Ingredients

    1 medium onion chopped
    2tbsp dill relish
    2tsp sweet relish
    .5 cup bell peppers
    12 large potatoes cooked and drained
    4 boiled egg whites
    .5 hard boiled egg
    5tbsp light mayo

Directions

peel and boil potatoes til firm and drain. In a bowl mix chopped onion and relish, peppers, chopped eggs and mayo. Fold in potatoes and chill in refridgerator til cold or ready to eat.
