Ingredients

1 can Grands Homestyle Buscuits
4 large eggs, scrambled
3 Tbsp. Bacon Bits
2 Tbsp. Tostitos queso dip
2 tbsp. Tostitos Salsa
2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Makes 12 Servings
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
1. tear all buscuits in half
2. flatten out each buscuit half making it as big aroung as possible without tearing holes
3. insert each flattened half buscuit into muffin pan
4. in a small bowl combine eggs, bacon bits, and queso dip. Mix thoroughly
5. drop mixture by spoonfulls into buscuit lined muffin cups
6. dab salsa evenly ontop of egg mixture in each cup
7. (using remaining buscuits) tear off small chunks and flatten as described earlier - lie ontop of each cup. then sprinkle lightly with grated cheese
8. bake for 13-17 minutes
