Ally's Chicken Chili

Ingredients

1 large Red Bell Pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp black pepper
1 can light red kidney beans
1 can Diced Tomatoes with Green Chiles
1/2-2/3 jar of mushroom spaghetti sauce
1 lb ground chicken
Directions
Brown chicken and onions with black pepper over medium-high heat.
Once browned, add bell pepper and kidney beans. Cook on medium heat for 5-10 additional minutes.
Add diced tomatoes and spaghetti sauce. Simmer on low until ready to serve, or 30 minutes.
