Creamy Coleslaw

Introduction

A tasty light version of the classic side. Goes great with BBQ. You can substitute buttermilk for half the milk for a little extra kick. A tasty light version of the classic side. Goes great with BBQ. You can substitute buttermilk for half the milk for a little extra kick.

Ingredients

    1 16oz bag of cole slaw
    1 cup fat free Miracle Whip
    1/2 cup skim milk
    1/4 cup canola oil
    3 Tbsp cider vinegar (white vinegar is ok, too)
    3 Tbsp Splenda
    1 tsp onion powder
    Black pepper to taste (I use 1 Tbsp)
    Salt to taste (I use 1 tsp)

Directions

1. In a large bowl, whisk together all ingredients except the cole slaw.
2. Fold the cole slaw into the dressing.
3. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
