Introduction

The best low calorie soup. Only 20 calories for 2 cup serving. The best low calorie soup. Only 20 calories for 2 cup serving.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Cabbage - 1 small head - chopped
    Onions - 5 cups chopped
    Green Bell Peppers - 3 cups chopped
    Celery - 8 large stalks chopped
    Red Tomatoes - 3 cups chopped
    Water

Directions

Cut up all ingredients and place in large pot. Cover with water and boil until vegetables are cooked add water to desired taste. Any vegetables you enjoy can be added easily.
Makes 8 - 2 cup serving. Very delicious and nutritious without the calories - 113 calories per 2 cup serving

    Wondering why it says 20 calories for 2 cups and then 113 calories for 2 cups servings. If you didn't know enough to be aware, you might over eat this and be upset. - 9/6/07
