Slow cooker tomato, chicken, mushroom stew

Introduction

This was honestly an accident... I had some chicken I wanted to use up and wanted to play with my new slow cooker. Was very surprised and pleased at the result! I wound up using this in place of 1/2 a chicken breast in the meals in my SP meal plan all week. Very versatile and yummy! This was honestly an accident... Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    5 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    1 can (10.75 oz) Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom soup
    1 can (28 oz) tomatoes of choice

Directions

Throw all ingredients together into slow cooker, then cook until chicken is done! Mine only has one setting, which is (I think) equivalent to "high" on other cookers. After 3 hours it was done.
