1 c lite ranch
1/3 c dijon mustard
4 whole chicken breasts, halved
1/2 c lite margarine
1/3 c white wine
In medium skillet saute chicken in butter until browned; transfer to another dish.
Pour wine into skillet; cook over medium heat, scraping up any browned bits from bottom of skillet, about 5 minutes.
Whisk in dressing mixture; blend well.
Serve chicken with sauce over rice or pasta (not included in calorie count).
Garnish with parsley (optional).
