Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    # Cream of Chicken Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz)
    # Chicken Breast, no skin, 8 ounces
    # Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (303 x 406)
    # Cowpeas (blackeyes), 1.5 cup/1 can
    # Canned Tomatoes, 1 cup
    # *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .5 cup, chopped
    # Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    # *Old El Paso Taco Seasoning, 2 tsp
    # Jalapeno Peppers, .25 cup, sliced
    #Sam’s Choice Thick and Chunky Salsa Mild, 0.5 cup

Directions

1. dump all ingredients into crockpot
2. let cook on low for around 6 hours or on high for less (I normally get it going before work with frozen chicken and when I come home it is perfect).
3. serve w/ rice, lettuce, sour cream and tortilla (these are not included in calorie count)
