Ingredients

granded beef (lean if possible), cabbage, onion, carrot, brussel sprouts, red kidney beans, tomato puree (optional) (you can change the veggies, i often make it with pepper and tomatoes or just mix and match whatever is in the house)

Directions

first, put the granded beef in hot pan. DO NOT ADD ANY OIL, the fat from the beef will be more than enough ( i usually end up leaking some of it out of pan when the beef is nearly done). than chop the onion, cabbage and carrot and add to the beef when it is nearly ready. add seasoning and salt, tomato paste and chilli powder if you want to spice things up a little. let it stew for a little bit longer. it is usually complitely ready to serve within about 15 minutes of cooking. makes a great dish with rice, potatoes, pasta etc.
hope you'll give it a try!
