Introduction

Just your basic juice for a juicer - also added a green pepper, parsley and lemon. Just your basic juice for a juicer - also added a green pepper, parsley and lemon.

Ingredients

    Carrots, raw, 3 medium
    Green Pepper, 1 medium
    Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)
    Parsley, 1.5 cup
    Kale, .5 cup, chopped
    Beets, fresh, 1.5 beet (2" dia) this was one very large beet!
    Lemons, peeled, 1 fruit (2-1/8" dia) (remove)

Directions

Just juice them! Makes 3 16 oz glasses.
