Saucy Pork and Veggies

Introduction

Quick and easy lean Pork with fresh veggies in a delicious dark sauce. Quick and easy lean Pork with fresh veggies in a delicious dark sauce.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/4 cup Fat Free Italian Dressing
    1lb(16oz) Pork Tenderloin, cut into thin strips
    2 cups Carrots, thinly sliced
    3 cups Broccoli, chopped bite sized
    2/3 tbsp Cornstarch
    1/4 cup Soy Sauce

Directions

Heat Italian dressing in skillet to med/high heat. Add Pork and stir-fry 3-4mins. Add Carrots and Broccoli; stir-fry for 5 mins until veggies are bright in color and tender-crisp.

Mix Cornstarch with Soy Sauce and pour over pork/veggie mix. Stir frequently until thickened and everything is thoroughly coated.

Serve over Brown Rice, Whole Wheat Pasta or Whole Wheat Couscous.
