Taco Soup

Ingredients

    .5 lb chicken cooked and cut into strips
    15 oz stewed tomatoes
    4 oz green chilies
    4 cups chicken broth
    4 cups water
    1 minced garlic clove
    1 onion diced
    2 T Worcestershire sauce
    2 t chili powder
    2 t cumin
    5 oz whole wheat egg noodles
    .5 c reduced fat sour cream

Directions

Mix all ingredients in pot and cook until noodles are done.
Add in sour cream before serving and heat through.
