Vegan Fried Rice

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 Tablespoon Earths Balance Butter
    3 1/2 cups cooked brown rice
    1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
    1/4 cup blanched slivered almonds
    1/4 cup frozen peas
    2 tablespoons low sodium Tamari Sauce
    Organic No Salt Seasoning to taste


Directions

melt butter in skillet and add rice and slivered almonds, heat thoroughly. Add mushrooms and continue to cook stirring as necessary to keep rice from sticking to skillet. When mushrooms are tender, add peas and Tamari (or soy sauce) and heat through. Season with Organic No Salt Seasoning~Delicious
