Introduction

With a crispy outside, moist inside, and quick prep; this Chicken is a flavourful change from the usual oven baked Chicken leg. With a crispy outside, moist inside, and quick prep; this Chicken is a flavourful change from the usual oven baked Chicken leg.

Ingredients

    6 Chicken Legs, skin removed
    1 1/4 cup Corn Flake Crumbs
    1/3 cup Pizza Sauce
    2 Tbsp Low Fat Grated Parmesan Cheese


Directions

Preheat oven to 350

Using Fat Free Cooking spray, evenly coat a shallow baking dish.

Dip skinless chicken legs in Pizza Sauce; coat evenly with Cornflake/Parm cheese mixture.

Arrange in greased shallow baking dish and bake approx 1 hr.
