4 Cups Water 1 Cup Steel Cut Oats .5 Cup Frozen Blueberries 4 Tbsp. Maple Syrup .25 Cup Chopped Walnuts
Bring water to boil and add steel cut oats. Stir and partially cover. Reduce heat, and simmer for 30 minutes. Stir in blueberries. Cook for 10 more minutes. Serve 1 cup portions topped with 1 tbsp. of maple syrup and a portion of chopped walnuts.
