Sandy's Vegitable Beef Soup

Ingredients

    8 oz - Stew Beef
    1 tbsp Mrs. Dash
    1 tbsp Vege-sal Vegetized Seasoning Salt
    2 tbsp Spike Salt Fee All Natural Seasoning
    1.5 cup Bob's Red Mill Vegi Soup Mix
    2 large Onions, raw,
    2 Redskin Potato
    6 large Carrots, raw
    1/2 pound Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen
    1 pound Green Beans, french cut Frozen
    2 Tbsp Canola Oil
    8 cups Water

Directions

In a 6 quart pot add water and Bob's Red Mill Vegi Soup Mix and begin to heat.

Meanwhile, in a large pan begin to browm the cubed stew beef in the canola oil. Once the meat begins to brown add the seaonings (Mrs. Dash, Vege-sal and Spike) and stir. Chop the onions and potatos and add to the pan, mix and let simmer on low.

When the water begins to boil add the chopped carrots, corn and green beans. Once the por begins to boil again add the simmering contents of the pan and let cook on medium heat for two hours.

Makes 12 2-cup servings.
