Ingredients

    3 slices, Arnold Natural Flax and Fiber Bread
    1 cup, grated Carrots raw
    1 small, OnionsFlax
    1 small, Onions
    1 cup, grated Carrots raw
    1/2 cup cilantro, raw
    2 1/2 tsp ground cumin
    2 tsp Adobo w/ cumin seasoning
    3.5 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
    1.5 cup, Beans, red kidney
    1 tsp oil

Directions

Tear up bread into bowl of large food processor; process into crumbs. Add carrots, onion, cilantro, cumin, and adobo seasoning. Pulse until finely chopped. Add beans and pulse until blended but beans are still slighly chunky. Shape bean mixture into 8 patties.

Brush nonstick pan with 1tsp oil, and heat to medium high. Cook burgers until heated through or 3 minutes per side.
