Pancake Tuesday Pancakes

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
    1/3 cup skim milk (a little more if the flour is really dry
    1 egg
    3 tsp brown sugar
    2 tsp canola oil
    1/2 tso baking powder
    1/4 tso baking powder
    1 cup plain or vanilla lowfat yogurt

Directions

eat egg, add all other ingredients, stir until just combined.

Cook 1/4 cup batter servings on a medium hot non stick pan
.
Makes about 10 pancakes (about 2 servings).

Serve w/ peanut butter or raspberry jam or cooked apples w/ brown sugar and connamin
