Ingredients

    Beef, top sirloin, 16 oz
    Broccoli, frozen, .5 package (2 lb)
    Onions, raw, .5 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Scallions, raw, 3 medium (4-1/8" long)
    Garlic, minced 1 tsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    Ginger, ground, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, .25 tsp
    *Kikkoman Stir-fry Sauce, 8 tbsp
    Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp
    water .5 cup

    3 cups steamed rice (not included in calorie count)

Directions

Cut meat into thin strips. Slice half an onion. Chop scallions. Sprinkle meat with spices. Heat oil in large fry pan over high heat. Add meat and onion to pan and cook until just browned about 3 minutes. Add broccoli, scallions and water. Cover and allow to cook about 3 minutes. Stir and recover. Cook 3 more minutes. Remove cover add sauce and stir continue cooking uncovered until sauce thickens. Serve with steamed rice.
