Introduction

I decided to experiment with this and it turned out quite tasty. It tasted as good as traditional egg salad and without the calories and fat. I decided to experiment with this and it turned out quite tasty. It tasted as good as traditional egg salad and without the calories and fat.

Ingredients

    Kraft Miracle Whip Light Dressing 2 tbsp
    Onions chopped 1 tbsp
    Egg Beaters 1/2 cup
    Dill Weed 1 tsp
    salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Take half a cup of egg beaters and scramble them in a frying pan with cooking spray. Take scrambled eggs and place in bowl. Mix together with 1 tbsp chopped onions, 1 tsp (or more if you like) of dill weed, and 2 tbsp of Light Kraft Miracle Whip. Add salt & pepper to taste.
