Introduction

An old favorite made a little healthier. Could have been healthier, pick up the wrong cream of chicken soup as they do have a reduced fat. An old favorite made a little healthier. Could have been healthier, pick up the wrong cream of chicken soup as they do have a reduced fat.

Ingredients

    chicken breast pieces or chicken tenders
    Fat free Broth
    Cream of Chicken Soup
    mixed vegetables
    bisquick (i used heart healthy as that is what I had, but you can also used reduced fat jiffy mix
    milk

Directions

put chicken pieces, fat free broth and cream of chicken soup into crock pot and cook on low for the day. When you come home turn to high and add veggies and cook for about 1/2 hour. Mix bisquick and milk to make dumplings and spoon on top. Cook 10 minutes uncovered and then 10 minutes covered -enjoy.
