IntroductionMany meatloaf recipes I have tried come out dry no matter what I seem to do. So I created one that is moist, tasty, and delicious. Many meatloaf recipes I have tried come out dry no matter what I seem to do. So I created one that is moist, tasty, and delicious.
1 lb of lean hamburg
1/2 cup diced onions
1/2 cup chopped peppers
1/2 can cream of celery soup
1/2 package of lipton noodle soup
1 cup mozzeralla shredded
can be bought like this
l small can mushrooms
seasonings to taste. I do not add any as the lipton noodle soup has enough flavor.
Mix all ingredients together well.
Place in loaf pan pressing the meatloaf down
Bake in oven 350 degrees for one hour fifteen minutes.
Before taking out add the rest of the cream of celery soup on top for approximately for ten minutes more.
You may also use venison hamburg, add at least 1/2 lb. of ground pork. Venison hamburg can and is very dry. By adding the pork it will moisten the venion with the cream of celery soup.
