Ingredients

Flour, white, 1 cup
Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup
Steel Cut Oats, dry, 1 cup
Sucralose (like Splenda), 4 Tbsp
Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1 cup,
Baking Powder, 2 tsp
Baking Soda, 1 tsp
Margarine, soft, 1/4 cup
Milk, nonfat, 3/4 cup
Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp
Nutmeg, ground, 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon, ground, 1/2 tsp
Granulated Sugar, 1 Tbsp
Directions
Combine dry ingredients. Set aside 1/4 c. Work in margarine to resemble course crumbs. Stir in blueberries. Combine wet ingredients and add to dry ingredients just until combined.
Sprinkle reserved dry ingredients on dry surface.
Knead batter no more than 8 times.
Pat into 8 inch circle. Sprinkle with sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon. Cut into 8 triangles and transfer to baking sheet.
Bake at 425 15 minutes or until nicely browned.
Adjust baking time if fruit is frozen.
