Introduction

Delicious treat, easy to make, have anytime you have a taste to have something
sweet.

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    4 tbsp. flour
    4 tbsp. sugar
    2 tbsp. cocoa powder
    2 tbst. caonola or veg oil
    2 tbsp. water
    tiny pinch of salt

    Put all ingredients into a mug and mix
    throughly. Put mug in the microwave for about
    one minute.
    Let it sit a minute or two, will be very hot.

    Top with your favorite topping.
    Whipped cream, ice cream, fruit.

    Enjoy!!

    4 tbsp sugar 195 cals
    2 tbsp of cocoa 40 cals
    4 tbsp of white flour 113.8
    if using water instead of oil the cals totals 348.8 - 5/28/09

  • Calorie count is off - 24.7 is not right. This is wonderful. With this, I won't eat a whole pan of brownies. I replaced the oil with water (4 TBS water and no oil). I also added just a sprinkle of powdered vanilla. This would be great with nuts and ice cream! - 5/21/09
