IntroductionI like to have this for breakfast in summer. I like to have this for breakfast in summer.
1 cup non-fat milk
1 container (6-oz.) non-fat yogurt, vanilla
1 small apple, sliced (or other fruit on hand)
1 Tbsp. malted milk
1 Tbsp. wheat germ
1 Tbsp. whey protein powder
5-6 ice cubes
Makes 2 8-oz.. servings.
