Ingredients

    Cucumber (with peel), .5 cucumber (8-1/4")
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    2 plum tomatoes
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (12 oz) drained
    Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)
    Light Mayonnaise (Mayo), 1 tbsp
    Yogurt, plain, low fat, .25 cup (8 fl oz)
    Peppers, sweet, red, roasted, .5 cup

Directions

Chop vegetables to small size.
Add mayo and yogurt.
Mix well season to taste.
