Blueberry Pancakes

Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    1 tsp granulated sugar
    1/2 tsp baking powder)
    14 tsp baking soda
    1/4 cup applesauce, unsweetened
    1/2 milk, nonfat
    1/2 water

    1 cup blueberries fresh

Directions

Blend dry ingredients then mix in applesauce, milk, and blueberries. Add water until batter reaches desired consistency.
Cook on "pammed" 380˚ skillet longer than you would a regular pancake on first side (about 5 mimutes), then flip and cook another minute.
Makes 6 small pancakes.
