Ingredients

    peas 1 can
    corn about 2 cups
    fat free mayonaise
    egg whites 4
    dill pickle
    1 tablespoon finely grated onion
    1 teaspoon yellow mustard

Directions

very fast to prepare if you have hard boiled eggs on hand. Cut up the egg whites fine. Chop pickle to a tiny pieces The important thing in Polish dishes is to have a small delicate dice. Add mayo and mustard. A dash of sugar is optional here and salt and pepper to taste also optional. Mix drained vegetables with dressing.. Chill . This is a very nice meal in summer or side dish any time.
