Quick and Easy Meatball Kabobs

Introduction

Turkey meatball kabobs-great for dinner or make small ones for a party Turkey meatball kabobs-great for dinner or make small ones for a party
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 pkg turkey meatballs, partially thawed-6 per person
    2 c. pineapple chunks-not in syrup
    2 green bell pepper-cut into chunks
    3/4 c. teriyaki sauce
    2 c. whole fresh mushrooms
    bamboo skewers-soaked in water

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Alternate meatballs with pineapple and veggies on skewers. Place skewers in baking dish; brush with sauce. Bake 18-20 minutes or until meatballs are heated through. Makes roughly 2 kebabs per person dinner serving.
