Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 Jar favorite pasta sauce
    8oz 90% lean ground beef
    small can mushrooms
    1/2 C chopped onion
    1/2 C chopped green papper
    2 C dry wheat penne/wheat pasta
    Small container 8 oz, ricotta. no fat or part skim
    1 egg
    Parmesan Cheese

Directions

Brown beef with onions and peppers, stir min mushrooms. Mix with cooked pasta and spag sauce.

Mix together ricotta, egg and parmesan. Layer with pasta mix, back 350 for 30 minutes.
