Broccoli Soup

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 bunches broccoli - florets separated
    shredded carrots - 1 cup
    diced celer - 4-5 stalks
    1 stick butter/margarine
    5 chicken bouillioun cubes
    1 cup flour

Directions

Boil 5 cups water. Add broccoli and boil until tender (about 5 mins). Drain, reserving the water. In the same pain heat butter, remaining veggies and ham until tender. Add flour until veggies are coated. Add milk and cream - boil 3-4 minutes. Add broccoli and boil 5 minutes.

Makes about 8 1 cup servings.
