refried beans, hash browns, egg beaters, black pepper, cayenne pepper, tomato, cheese, and onions.
Scramble eggs, heat hashbrowns and refried beans.
Place 1 tortilla on cookie sheet/griddle.
Spread the refried beans, top with hash browns and eggs.
Sprinkle with pepper and cayenne pepper.
top with cheese, tomato, and onions.
Place 2nd tortilla on top.
Cook 5 minutes.
Cook 5 more minutes (until cheese is melted).
serving size: 1/2 quesadilla
