Introduction
This recipe is using Schwan's chicken and Tastefully Simple Vidalia Onion Dressing.The measurements are for one serving. I make 4 servings for my family.

Ingredients

3 oz Schwan's Popcorn Chicken
2 cups Iceberg Classic Garden Salad
1 cup Schwan's Wild Rice Pilaf with 1/4 c of water
2 Tbsp Tastefully Simple Vidalia Onion Dressing
1pkg of Chicken Gravy Mix (1 cup per person after preparation) with 1 cup water.
Directions
Preheat Oven for 400 degrees F.
For the chicken measure 3 oz (or about 8 pieces) per individual. Family of 4: 12 oz or about 32 pieces. Spread out pieces on a flat baking sheet.
Cook for 18 minutes, let cool 1 minute.
While baking, start preparing the Chicken Gravy and Rice Pilaf.
Chicken Gravy: In a sauce pan, mix package of gravy and 1 cup of cold water. Stir to mix and bring to a boil. Stir fequently so gravy will not get lumpy. Simmer 1 minute.
Rice Pilaf: In a microwave safe container, put in 4 cups of Rice Pilaf and 1/4 cup water. Cook in microwave for 8 minutes. Let sit 1 minute, fluff with fork. Add Gravy to Rice Pilaf.
To Serve:
Put 2 cups of lettuce on an individual plate and top with Rice Pilaf/Gravy Mixture, 8 pieces of Popcorn Chicken, and drizzle with 2 Tbsp of Vidalia Onion Dressing.
